3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

All buyers must acknowledge that products are for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary consumption.
Orders may be shipped to residential or business addresses, but auspeplabs reserves the right to request age or identity verification and to refuse or cancel any order that raises compliance, legal, or safety concerns.
4. Purchase & Payment
Orders must be placed online through secure checkout; accepted payment methods are listed on the site.
Purchases may be subject to fraud, business, and regulatory compliance checks.
Use of alternative payment methods may result in additional verification or declined orders.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection
Products are shipped with proper labeling, documentation, and research-only disclaimers.
Buyers have seven (7) days from receipt to inspect shipments and report discrepancies, damage, or defects; issues reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier actions, weather events, or shipping disruptions.
6. Documentation & Traceability
All products are shipped with batch/lot identifiers and, where applicable, Certificates of Analysis (COA).
AusPepLabs makes best efforts to provide full traceability and quality documentation; however, buyers are responsible for retaining compliance records locally.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research products, no returns are accepted once an order has been shipped.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and detailed information. Once verified, a replacement may be provided at no additional charge.
Order cancellations must be requested before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

All use and associated risks are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Buyers certify that they comply with all applicable Australian federal, state, and local regulations relating to research chemicals, shipping, storage, and handling.
Products may not be exported, resold, or transferred in violation of Australian law.

All content, images, branding, trademarks, designs, and information on this site remain the property of auspeplabs or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
