Handling & Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and verification.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Methods

• All shipments are sent via Australia Post (AusPost) with tracking included.
• Standard shipping times vary by location but typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment is initiated.
• Expedited AusPost shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on selected service level and destination.
• Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders, as displayed at checkout.

Delivery & Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• auspeplabs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or errors due to incorrect shipping information.
• PO Boxes are accepted; we ship to all valid Australian addresses serviced by AusPost.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

• If a package is marked as delivered but missing, please allow 72 hours and then contact AusPost directly.
• Contact auspeplabs support if you are unable to resolve the issue with AusPost.

Packaging & Product Protection

• Orders are packed securely. Sensitive items may include ice packs or insulation as needed for product care.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders are shipped only within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
